Robert Reinecke

Executive Chairman

Robert Reinecke is the Executive Chairman and a co-founder of Stirling Capital.

Robert has held senior management positions and directorships for over 30 years in the Australian and New Zealand investment, funds management and property development industries.

Robert specialises in the structuring and marketing of investment products and is directly involved in setting the strategic direction of Stirling Capital.

He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and the Financial Planning Association of Australia.

He has been actively involved in the successful development and completion of a wide range of residential projects in locations including Maylands, Applecross, Wembley, Cottesloe, Mindarie and Bunbury. These developments include the development and refurbishment of residential units and several substantial lifestyle retirement villages.

Michael Lurie

Non-Executive Director

Michael is a Non-Executive Director at Stirling Capital.

Michael has over 40 years’ experience in private legal practice and business.  In 2003, he established his own law firm, Michael Lurie + Associates (MLA) – a boutique firm specialising in providing legal advice and services in relation to large scale property, finance and commercial transactions for corporate and institutional clients.  Before establishing MLA he was a senior partner of Ashurst (formerly Blake Dawson Waldron).

Michael has served on the boards of a number of public and private companies servicing the property development, finance, funds management and venture capital industries as well as the boards of a number of charitable and community institutions. He is currently a director of Satterley Property Group Pty Ltd and a member of the Law Society of Western Australia.

Michael holds Bachelor of Laws and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Cape Town.

Luke Reinecke

Managing Director

Luke Reinecke is the Managing Director and a co-founder of Stirling Capital.

Luke has occupied senior roles in finance, property and funds management in both Australia and the UK for over 15 years. Luke previously held roles with Azure Capital Ltd — a boutique investment bank and corporate advisory business, Campus Living Villages UK (CLV) — an international social infrastructure fund, and the Bank of Western Australia.

At Stirling Capital, Luke manages an accomplished team and is responsible for major projects and daily operations. Since the company’s inception he has consistently delivered quality projects across Western Australia with solid returns to equity partners.

Luke holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia for which he received a Directors award for academic achievement, a Masters in Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Economics and Finance.

Luke is a Fellow of the Financial Services Industry of Australia, a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Responsible Manager for AFSL 322 592 held by Stirling Capital Nominees

Mark Adams

Financial Controller

Mark Adams is the Financial Controller of Stirling Capital.

Mark achieved CPA status in 1993 and has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services roles
in both private and listed companies across the property and finance industries.

For the past nine years, Mark held the position of Financial Controller at Questus Ltd Group,
with previous finance and accounting positions at RAC WA and in the UK.

Mark brings a strong background in executive finance to Stirling Capital’s growing management team.
His key focus is to develop the company’s growth strategies and deliver returns to investors and partners.

Jon Sparks

Director Developments

Jon is a Senior Development Manager at Stirling Capital.

Jon has over 14 years of experience in the property development industry gained in Australia and South Africa.

In South Africa Jon held the position of Project Executive at the private developer Rabie Property Group in Cape Town, where he specialised in the end-to-end development management of a number of award winning mixed-use and apartment projects at the iconic Century City development.

After moving to Perth in 2012, Jon held the position of Senior Development Manager at Australand where he oversaw the Cockburn Central apartment projects including the Kingston apartments which won the UDIA award for best Medium Density Development in WA – 2014.

Jon has a National Diploma in Building from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology specialising in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying.
