About Us

We’re proud to create desirable and sustainable communities for our clients by delivering class-leading property developments driven by location and design.

Stirling Capital is a boutique investment and development group specialising in high-quality urban infill and social infrastructure projects. Since we began in 2005, we have managed more than $600 million of investments.

Working with our private client and institutional partners, we have a proven track record of delivering sustainable developments including residential, retail, commercial, student and aged care facilities, all of which are sourced, secured and managed by our group.

Each of our projects has a distinct character reflecting our commitment to delivering quality, sustainable, unique developments.

The Stirling Capital difference

At Stirling Capital, our development approach is far from the traditional one-size-fits-all model. We research our locations and target markets very carefully; and then design and build high-quality, environmentally-sustainable properties that ideally serve that community’s needs.

Every Stirling development must not only meet the lifestyle needs of its residents but also respect the surrounding community. This level of initial planning and thinking – and the subsequent well-considered designs and quality build – truly sets us apart.

We design every project to be desirable, affordable and sustainable. As a result, our developments are not only extremely popular, they offer exceptional value.
