Jim has a long history in the real estate and banking industry in Australia bringing over 35 years experience to the management team. Jim was the former Chief Executive of Home Building Society which was the largest non-bank financial intermediary in Western Australia prior to being taken over by Bank of Queensland.

Jim holds Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Business Administration. Jim is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors.
Robert brings over 30 years experience in the investment, funds management and property development industries throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Robert was the formerly a senior executive of a major investment funds group where he received excellent training in the structuring and marketing of Property and Equity Trusts at a time when the group dominated the Managed Funds Industry in Australia. This led to national roles in funds management with responsibility for business development throughout Australia and New Zealand.
He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a member FINSIA and the Financial Planning Association.
Robert specialises in the structuring and marketing of investment products and he has been actively involved in the development of over $200 million of residential property over the last five years.
Major developments include the refurbishment and development of over 250 residential units, and four substantial lifestyle retirement villages which will ultimately comprise over 800 independent living units.
Mark brings extensive experience in the financial services and real estate industries. His expertise cover investment banking, funds management and real estate development.
Mark has previously held roles with Investec Bank (Australia) Ltd — an international investment bank, St Laurence Group — a boutique fund manager and real estate services company, and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Mark is holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) from Lincoln University and is currently completing an MBA with the University of Western Australia.
In 2007, Mark was awarded the Young Property Professional of the year by the Property Institute of New Zealand.
Mark is also a Registered Property Valuer and Responsible Manager for an Australian Financial Services Licence.
Luke has over 15 years domestic and international experience in finance through various roles in social infrastructure, property, investment banking and funds management.
Luke has previously held roles with Azure Capital Ltd — a boutique investment bank and corporate advisory business, Campus Living Villages UK (CLV) — an international social infrastructure fund, and the Bank of Western Australia.
In his role with CLV, Luke was responsible for the origination and management of Public Private Partnership bids with universities for the provision of student accommodation. During this time he helped establish the UK business and grow its contribution to the CLV portfolio to over 3,000 beds.
Luke holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia for which he received a Directors award for academic achievement, a Masters in Applied Finance and a degree in Economics and Finance.
Luke is a Fellow of the Financial Services Industry of Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
