14 Nov Property optimism drives Stirling expansion
With four significant residential apartment projects valued at almost $300 million now under construction, Stirling’s optimistic outlook for Perth’s property market has led to a strategic expansion to support growth.
Stirling has launched its direct project marketing and sales division and added to its development team to support its pipeline of projects and investments. To reflect this new approach, the company has also refreshed their brand.
Daniel-Paul Filippi was appointed to lead Stirling’s new sales division, Stirling PM, as Managing Director. Daniel brings more than ten years’ industry-leading success in project marketing and sales, having been involved in the off-the-plan marketing and sales of over 100 projects across Australia.
Most recently, Daniel was Indo-Pacific Group’s former Group Managing Director, responsible for managing the group’s Australian and international property businesses. Daniel worked with several major Australian developers targeting markets in China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
Also joining the Stirling team are Daniel’s former Indo Pacific-Property colleagues, Patrick Dellit and Eli Zhang, as Project Marketing Executives and Toni Tate as Marketing Coordinator as well as new sales entrant, Zoey Lim.
Stirling’s development team has also expanded with Jon Sparks heading up the team as Development Director, Shane Vranjican as Development Manager and Lifan Tu as Assistant Development Manager.
Stirling Managing Director, Luke Reinecke said:
“By bringing a sales and marketing division in under the Stirling umbrella, we can ensure synergy of our product and continue to develop properties tailored to meet local demand in a changing market, with a strong focus on quality and future liveability.”
“It’s an important time for the company to consolidate our brand and strengthen our highly skilled team to support Stirling’s growing number of projects and investments,” he said.
Daniel-Paul Filippi said Stirling offers best-in-class residential developments in terms of quality, location, investment returns and liveability.
“Stirling is WA-owned and Perth-based, with 90 percent of buyers also being local, so the company has a strong market differentiator. I have worked closely with Stirling and several other developers across Australia, but what attracted me to partner with Stirling is the opportunity to work with a leading developer who aligns with the market and future-proofs their developments for both residents and investors. Stirling’s commitment to delivering a well-designed, high-quality, sustainable and energy efficient product is what sets the company apart,” Daniel said.
