Our Stirling Street projects – Verdant and the new Student Accommodation tower – are forging ahead and transforming the city fringe. Both developments are due for completion around the end of the year and will add a new level of vibrancy to the precinct when students and residents move in, in early 2019.
bars, cafes and restaurants, including the latest venture from Melbourne restauranter Guy Grossi, a coffee roastery by Mary Street Bakery, Huxtaburger from Melbourne and a rooftop bar by well-known Perth bar entrepreneur Andy Freeman.
Yagan Square, the $73.5 million public square opened on Saturday 3rd March and will become the new heart of Perth connecting the CBD to Northbridge. Yagan Square will be a place to have fun, meet, play, eat and shop from a showcase of WA produce. Some of the exciting new offerings include Henry Little, Jersey Jack Gelato, Troublemaker Burgers and Honey I’m Home Produce.
With the WA Museum redevelopment and surrounding cultural precinct upgrade also set for completion in 2020, Stirling Street will soon be the place to be based for exploring Perth’s evolving CBD, Northbridge and East End.
