Purpose-built student accommodation is an area of the Perth property market that’s received a lot of coverage recently, and we’re proud to have recently completed The Boulevard.

Construction of 26 on Charles has now reached level seven and the project is on track for completion early 2020. We look forward to welcoming our first residents to the building in the new year!

In April we celebrated the grand opening of Verdant, in the heart of the Perth CBD.

In March we were thrilled to celebrate the official launch of our Cirque project with sunset drinks and canapes on the sundeck of the first of Cirque’s two towers. Since then, residents have moved into the building and started enjoying life in their beautiful new apartments.
