Partnering with FORM at Canning Bridge

Stirling Capital has partnered with FORM to deliver a $1.5 million Public Art and Culture program for its new Canning Bridge development. Community input will be sought on potential options for the ground floor tenancy where space will be made available for an art gallery/ studio or other such activities to give back to the community.

The facilities will be part of a high-rise, twin-tower luxury apartment development straddling Kishorn and Ogilvie Roads, to be built in two stages.

Apartments are expected to range between $450,000 and up to $1,700,000 for the top floor, and will appeal to professionals and downsizers wanting to remain in the area. The development will feature a spectacular 3000 square metre oasis of landscaped gardens, a gym, heated lap pool, steam and sauna rooms, private dining areas, theatre, library and small bar on the ground level.

Managing Director, Luke Reinecke said: “It is likely to be an iconic development and will bring vibrancy and activity to an area which is undergoing significant transformation.”

“Involving the community at the outset means that spaces within the development can be tailored to meet their needs.

Located 10km south of Perth CBD, the site is a short walk to the Swan River, close to great schools, a 24 hr supermarket, Garden City shopping centre, and is well serviced by public transport.

Sales launch in early 2016 with building completion aimed for 2018.
